MUNCH is a museum in Bjørvika dedicated to the art and collections of Edvard Munch, opened in 2021. The museum presents a wide range of modern and contemporary art, focusing on Munch’s significance in Norwegian and international art history.

On foot or by bike:
Approximately a 10-minute walk from Oslo Central Station / Jernbanetorget (tram, metro, bus, train). Bicycle parking is available directly outside the museum. The nearest city bike stations are located at Sukkerbiten, Rostockgata, and Bjørvika.
Public transport:
The nearest stops are Bjørvika (tram and bus) and Munch Brygge/Bjørvika (ferry).
Parking:
There is no general parking at the museum. Accessible (HC) parking spaces are available on Operagata, on the east side of the Opera House, near the Oda Lasson Bridge. The closest parking garages are: Sørenga, Oslo S/Jernbanetorget, Havnelageret, Rådhusgata, and Strandgata.
